2025 Came and Went

Here are a few highlights we were privileged to work on: 

• Helped integrate a newly acquired company into a large food company, by developing a strategic comms plan, supporting the new leader with tools to be successful in his new stretch assignment.

• Provided one-on-one coaching for senior executives preparing to present at a multi-day conference of global franchisee owners. Work included creating smart and aligned key messages, crisp PowerPoint presentations and personal one-on-one delivery coaching. This allowed each leader to present and answer questions authentically and effectively. We also supported leaders who were facilitating topic-specific breakout sessions at the conference. 

• Supported a large national company making a series of significant and difficult business changes including employee downsizing and working to build stronger union relationships.

• Developed and implemented multi-month coaching programs for executives in the travel and food industry.

• Provided media coaching and skill-building for spokespeople at a large non-profit organization.
