With hopefulness and gratitude, we enter our 10th year as business and communication strategy consultants. We truly love what we do.

We are proud to have an amazing group of clients highly respected for their business acumen—we appreciate every single project we touch on their behalf. Our clients rely on us as they work through business challenges or grow their opportunities. Whichever end of the spectrum our clients find themselves on, the Siegfried Dunlay team partners to achieve positive outcomes while having some fun along the way.

Our client list this year included Cargill, Target, Valspar, Land O’Lakes, Capella, Waycrosse, Larson Manufacturing, Murney and Associates, Mary’s Pence, ReNew, Excel Boat Club, InteGrand Solutions, Ed Campus and Charles R. Stinson Architects.

Here’s a snapshot of some great projects we’ve touched this year.

  • Served as marketing communication agency of record for global industrial business and led strategies for public relations, advertising, customer communications and tradeshows. 
  • Produced quarterly global employee newsletter in 11 languages; created monthly customer-focused e-newsletter; designed annual readership survey for global newsletter; developed 24 brand-building case studies for internal use.
  • Led strategies for three clients to hire high-level, mid-level and more junior communication professionals.
  • Coached variety of clients to hone their communication and leadership skills.
  • Developed quarterly earnings talk points, scripts and Q&A's for investor audiences.
  • Created academic annual report.
  • Designed 48-page four-color safety guidebook to support corporate safety goals.
  • Built strategic presentations and coached two CEOs for critical Board, Executive and Annual Shareholders meetings.
  • Conducted six-month leadership coaching programs for variety of senior-level leaders with significant measurable improvements.
  • Designed communication plans for various change initiatives, internal giving campaigns and volunteer programs.
  • Led annual Board meeting communications strategy including development of presentations, videos and employee directory along with coaching for delivery effectiveness.
