Our new year started with a flurry of activity…hope yours did too! If this is any indication of how 2018 will roll, we’re buckled up and excited.

As business partners for nearly two decades, we say time and again that we love our business and our clients as much as we did when we began this journey. This year, we added some new clients, and we’ve continued to help clients we’ve known and worked with for years.

One of our core values is to have fun (of course while working hard), and it really was a fun year! We were challenged, we were trusted and we were productive. We helped our clients hone their leadership skills, we launched exciting new initiatives, we managed reputations, and we solved some tough business challenges. Here are some highlights:


Leadership Coaching and Presentations

Worked with a newly-formed executive team to align cultural messages for their entire organization. This multi-month project covered how they talk about values, transparency, work-life balance and many topics that build and shape a high intensity work culture.

Conducted a leadership DISC profile process with co-leaders in the financial industry, which followed with a multi-month project to outline specific roles and accountabilities.

Wrote and designed a variety of dynamic PowerPoint presentations for executive board meetings, customer events, CEU certification for architects, product launches and community educational events.

Coached and supported leaders on how to better deliver high-impact presentations…from a global industry conference in Shanghai to educational forums, sales meetings and community events.  Wrote and designed a variety of dynamic PowerPoint presentations for executive board meetings, customer events.

Identified key roles and responsibilities for two leaders of a global, London-based financial business. Facilitation work spanned multiple months, where we outlined and clarified critical accountabilities to ensure efficiency and productivity in this growing business.

Implemented several multi-month coaching programs to help senior leaders hone their communication skills and extend their competencies as leaders. We celebrated with several of our clients this year that were promoted into roles that required the communication competency we helped them nurture. One of the most rewarding parts of our consultancy is working with a leader who wants the next role but needs to polish communication skills to get there. It’s powerful to see that closed-loop process in our work with engaged, smart and driven leaders.


Customer Engagement, Marketing and Sales

Led the campaign strategy and implementation for an industry-first product launch. Campaign elements included a message platform, uniquely designed direct mail piece and supporting materials.

Managed a multi-faceted customer research program for a national industry leader that helped them garner the insights needed as input to key business, product and marketing strategies.

Designed and created a variety of marketing materials that included key message platforms, sell sheets, technical literature, PowerPoint presentations, graphics and media relations/press releases.

Evolved dozens of technical literature documents to ensure consistent approach, content and branding for global client.

Researched content for and developed a series of technical white papers to educate customers.


Managing Reputation

Led the communication strategy to support a company managing through a union defense situation in a manufacturing plant. Partnered with the executive leadership team and plant leaders to design and implement a communication approach with a successful outcome.

Led the communication strategy to roll out community educational events for a leading regional client in financial services. The multi-month project included designing materials, skill-building and coaching for leaders hosting workshops in their respective communities.
